5. 60-Minute Delivery & Convenience Promise
5.1. Threndo strives to deliver within 60 minutes of order confirmation or at the exact time you choose, subject to:

Traffic, weather, or unforeseen operational challenges.
5.2. In rare cases, delivery may exceed 60 minutes due to factors outside our control. Threndo shall not be held liable for such delays.
5.3. Any promotional “60-minute delivery guarantee” offers will include specific terms displayed in-app or on the website.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Returns and refunds will be handled in line with Threndo’s official Return and Refund Policy, available within the site.
6.2. To request a return, you must notify our customer support team within the return window communicated at the time of purchase.
6.3. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all tags, labels, and packaging in order to qualify for a return or refund.
