1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Delivery Models
Model 1: Try & Buy (60-Minute Delivery)
Delivery Time: Within 60 minutes of order confirmation.
Process: The delivery partner will wait while you try the items. Keep what you like and return the rest instantly.
Post-Collection: Once the delivery partner collects the returned items, the remaining items you keep cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Model 2: Standard Delivery (Quick Delivery within 60 Minutes)
Delivery Time: Within 60 minutes of order confirmation.
Process: The delivery partner will leave immediately after handing over the items.
Post-Delivery: You can request an exchange within 48 hours. If an exchange isn't possible, a refund will be processed.
Model 3: Normal Delivery (Third-Party Logistics like Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.)
Delivery Time: Typically within 2-7 business days, depending on the delivery partner and location.
Process: Orders are dispatched through our third-party logistics partners.
Post-Delivery: Standard returns and exchanges apply as per our Return & Refund Policy.
1.2 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery model and location.
Free delivery promotions may apply during specific campaigns and are subject to terms and conditions.
1.3 Delivery Address
Ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
Threndo is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
1.4 Delivery Issues
In case of damaged or tampered packaging upon delivery, please refuse to accept the package and contact our customer support immediately.

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Order Cancellation by Customer
Before Dispatch:
The Threndo team will contact you to confirm the delivery before dispatching your order. If you choose to cancel after this confirmation but before delivery, the delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
After Dispatch:
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. You may refuse the delivery upon arrival, and the order will be returned to us. A refund will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected, with delivery charges applicable if already incurred.
2.2 Order Cancellation by Threndo
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
2.3 Refund Process
Refunds are processed instantly after the cancellation or return is confirmed.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, minus any applicable delivery charges as mentioned above.
