Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy - Threndo

At Threndo, we want you to love what you wear. Depending on your delivery choice, we offer different return, exchange, and refund options to ensure a smooth and convenient experience.

1. Delivery Models & Applicable Policies

1.1 Try & Buy (60-Minute Delivery)

If you select Try & Buy, your order will be delivered within 60 minutes.

You can try the items immediately upon delivery. Keep the products you like and return the rest instantly to the delivery partner.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Once the delivery person collects the returned items, no further return, refund, or exchange is allowed.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds for returned items will be initiated after the products reach our warehouse and pass inspection. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Note: Only the items returned during the initial delivery interaction are eligible for refund.

1.2 standard Delivery (Quick Delivery within 60 Minutes)

This option is for users who do not select Try & Buy, but want fast delivery.

Products will be delivered within 60 minutes, and the delivery person will leave after handing over the items.

Exchange Requests: Must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds: If an exchange is not possible, a refund can be requested within the 24-hour window. Refunds are processed after item verification at our warehouse for prepaid orders.

1.3 Normal Delivery (Third-Party Logistics)

Normal delivery through third-party logistics will follow normal e-commerce return/exchange norms.

Return Window: 5 days from delivery, depending on the product category.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Refunds will be processed once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

Refund Processing: Refunds for payments made via UPI and Razorpay Wallet are typically processed instantly. Refunds for payments made via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, EMI, or other payment methods may take 3–7 working days (or longer, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider). Refund timelines are subject to bank and payment gateway processing rules.  

Exchanges are allowed within the return window, subject to stock availability.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

Certain items may be excluded from returns/exchanges (e.g., personalized products, final sale items).

Delivery, return, or refund timelines may vary depending on the third-party logistics provider.

2. General Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

All items must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Threndo reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet policy requirements.

Refunds are generally processed instantly of receiving the returned item. Timelines may vary depending on payment provider.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Threndo Customer Support via the app, email, or phone.

Provide your order details and specify whether it’s a return or exchange.

Follow instructions for product pickup or shipment as per your delivery model.

4. Notes

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to item eligibility and the chosen delivery model.

Threndo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party logistics issues.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed after warehouse verification of returned products.
